Parent Visa

 We begin by assessing the appropriate visa subclass for your application.  

This includes a contributory parent visa (subclass 143/173) and parent visa (subclass 103).  

The costs and processing times for these visas vary.  

The key eligibility requirements include: 

• Being the parent of an Australian citizen, permanent resident or an eligible New Zealand citizen.  
• Meeting the Balance of Family Test. 
• Meeting the health, character and financial criteria.
